Sub:  Posting of covers containing valuable educations programmes in CD format along  with brochures and instructions of SIET, Govt. Of Kerala through BPC, Thycaud –reg

     The State Institute of Educational Technology(SIET), Department of Education, Government of Kerala, Trivandrum is sending more than one lakh covers containing valuable educational programmes in CD format along with brochures and instructions to the students in the State of Kerala through Post offices.  Since the covers are containing educational CDs and other related papers, all the delivery POs are hereby instructed to take extra care to protect the content of the covers from damage or loss of the contents.  Also the articles are to be delivered to the correct addressee and undelivered covers should be returned to the office of SIET promptly.
