   Sub: Delivery of Postal articles -reg

 RO has reported that one of the complaints received in the Regional Dak Adalath held in January 2014 was regarding delay in delivery/ non receipt of postal articles. It has been stated that the delivery staff is not taking out articles such as Book posts and Post cards for delivery and the addressees are forced to go to Post offices and collect such articles.  All POs are hereby instructed to ensure prompt delivery of all kind of postal articles on the day of receipt itself.
