Sub:  New operational network for parcels –reg

Consequent on the implementation of new operational network for parcels, following points are reiterated for strict compliance by all POs booking parcels.

·         Barcodes having alpha code CL is to be used for booking both domestic and international parcels.

·         Correct bag labels should be used for closing parcel bags to the linked parcel hubs.

·         Booking / dispatch of parcel should be done only through the new updated software issued by Directorate.

·         Number of scans on the pattern similar to that of Speedpost should be ensured for all kind of parcels.
