          Please refer to the letters cited above.  This is regarding proper transmission of exam parcel bags (SSLC/ HSE/VHSE/ CBSE).   Separate exam parcel bags are to be closed by the offices of booking to the destinations directly even if the number of parcels is one for the same valuation camps as a special case instead of routing them to Parcel Hubs.  The routing of exam parcel bags should be streamlined and should have separate markings as “SSLC/ VHSE/ HSE/CBSE” etc. as the case may be.  Instructions on the subject must be followed strictly.

          Extra care should be taken at all levels in handling exam parcel bgas to avoid delay and damage. It will be responsibility of ASP/ IPs/ Supervisors/PA s for vigilant handling of Exam parcels. All exam parcel booking POs should ensure proper routing of exam parcels as per the instructions issued in this regard.
