You are requested to kindly issue necessary instructions
to all concerned for proper/prompt receipt and processing exercise of
Postal Ballots for further despatch and delivery of Postal Ballots to
the concerned Record Offices / Army Personnel so that all Postal Ballots
for service voters are delivered to the respective Record Offices /
Army Personnel within 48 hrs. as per orders of Election Commission of
India.
