 Sub:-  Despatch of Business Parcels booked by M/s. Ingram Micro India Ltd.

           

            A copy of letter No.BD/28-7/SP/South/Ingram/2013-14 dated 16-12-13 received from Asst.Postmaster General(BD), Karnataka Circle, Bangalore is enclosed herewith.  Karnataka Circle has entered into an agreement with M/s. Ingram Micro India Ltd., Bangalore who have taken up the distribution of CBS hardware to around 20,000 Post Office locations across India. These parcels are meant to Post offices and need to be delivered in a time bound manner. The consignments are booked under Business Parcel and dispatched to the Post Offices in our Circle also.  These Parcels are Laserjet Printers and fragile in nature.  Hence necessary action may please be taken to instruct all the intermediate offices/ RMS/ Business Parcel Centers to handle these parcels very carefully.  Also the delivery information may be updated when these consignments are received by the respective Post Offices/Offices.
