Sub : Non –acceptance of ePayment transactions of M/s Adharva
Associates- reg.

Kindly refer to the above cited letters. Inspite of repeated instructions, many
instances of non-acceptance of M/s Adharva Associates/KPAY payments at ePayment
post offices are reported. One of
the reasons for non-acceptance reported in that the counter PA at the counter
is unaware of the ePayment acceptance of the Adharva/KPAY vouchers and the
instruction that they can be accepted irrespective of the due date mentioned in
the vouchers. This point should be
looked into and ensure that all counter PAs are aware of all our services
offered at the counter. It is once
again reiterated that ‘there is no due date and no need of any documents for
Adharva/KPAY payment and only Adharva/KPAY
voucher is enough for receiving payments’.
Hence, you are requested to instruct all concerned to accept the
payments of M/s Adharva Associates/KPAY under ePayment.
M/s Asianet Satellite Communications Limited
had also reported some of the post offices are not accepting Asianet BroadBand
bills after the due date, though it is mentioned in the bills that there is no
restriction for accepting the bills after the due date.
Instructions on the above have already been
issued on the above and it is once again reiterated that all units concerned
may please be instructed to strictly abide by the above instructions without
giving room to any complaints.
