CULTURAL MEET 2013 AT KOZHIKODE

The Zonal Cultural Meet-2013 is scheduled to be held at Hotel Nalanda and Postal Recreation Club Calicut HO on 22.11.2013. (Friday).  Those who are desirous of participating in the meet should send their particulars to this office by return of post so as to reach this office before 1500 hours on 05.11.2013

General Instructions:
  1. The employees of the department/ their spouse/ dependent children can participate in the meet.  In respect of spouses and dependent children of employees, name of the employee concerned and relationship of the participant should also be given in the entry.
  2. The competition will be held in two groups, ie, Junior and Senior.  For the junior group, only those dependent children of the employee will be eligible who are below the age of 15 years.  For determining the age crucial date will be 30.09.2013.  Staff as well as their spouse and their children above 15 years will be in senior group.  A CERTIFICATE TO PROVE THE AGE OF THE CHILDREN SHOULD BE ATTACHED WITH THE ENTRY FORM.
  3. For short play, the play will be on a social value.  The script neatly typed in triplicate should be submitted with the entry for approval.  It should be an original script written by an employee of the department or his/ her spouse or dependent children.  A maximum of 8 artists (minimum 4) will be from amongst the members of the staff, their spouse and dependent children. 
  4. No participant can participate in more than two items in a particular group
