Sub:- Booking Dispatch and delivery of EPP articles with prescribed barcode stickers and bag labels -reg.

          This is regarding the booking and dispatch of EPP articles with prescribed barcode stickers and bag labels. RO has reported that some of the EPP articles received from many offices are without barcode stickers, due to which 100% scanning/track and trace of the article is not possible. Hence it is directed to ensure that the booking and dispatch of EPP articles are done with the prescribed EPP barcode (XL) and bag label(XBL) for easy handling.
