of transactions in the ePayment MIS- reg.

This is regarding reported instances
of non-reflection of transactions in the ePayment MIS. It is observed that ePayment transactions
done on a particular day in the Point of Sale are not being tallied with those
in the ePayment MIS. Nowadays, the
examination conducting bodies like CBSE, RRB etc. are availing ePayment service
of our Department and the transactions are to be reflected in the ePayment MIS
to avoid any complaints from the candidates.
As specified in para 3.13 of the
Standard Operating Procedure of ePayment, the Postmaster / Supervisor should
log on to the ePayment MIS daily and 1)
verify the statistics and amount in respect of their office, 2) tally with the actual transactions done
and accounted for, in the Point of Sale. It should be ensured at the divisional level that
the transactions of the HO schedule for a particular month, tally with the transactions reflected in the ePayment MIS,
in respect of each biller.
All units concerned may please be
instructed on the above lines for strict adherence. It
should be taken care that no cases of non-reflection of transactions in the
ePayment MIS are reported due to the above detailed reasons.
