              A kind reference is invited to this office letter of even number dated 29.01.2014 regarding immediate payment of Instant Cash IFSMOs.  The IFS MO remittance service is in full scale from 3^rd February 2014 onwards.  It is once again  requested to kindly ensure  that no customer  is turned away from the Post Offices on any account.  The counter staff may suitably be instructed to bestow their best services and to bring problems/difficulties if any in effecting payment to the notice of the next higher authority  immediately  and appropriate remedial  action be  taken to effect payment on the date of receipt itself.
