Sub:-    Collection of examination fees for Railway Recruitment Board, Bhubaneswar  under  e-payment service:- Regarding

Ref:-    This office letter  No.BD/19-1/2013 dtd.11.12.2013 through e-mail.

            The Odisha Postal Circle has made an agreement with Railway Recruitment Board, Bhubaneswar for collection of Examination fees through 15,582 identified Post Offices across the country, through e-payment.

Total amount to be collected from the candidate across the country is `. 54/- for this notification ( i.e examination fees is `.40/- and the commission payable to the DoP is `.14/-). Bhubaneswar GPO-751001 will be the Nodal Office and Sr.Postmaster Bhubaneswar GPO-751001 is the Nodal Officer (0674-2390165/2392811) for the Scheme. The Railway Recruitment Board, Bhubaneswar has been configured as a National Biller by CEPT, Mysore, under Biller Name, RRB-BHUBANESWAR’ and Biller ID ‘3266’. The operating and accounting procedure to be followed for the scheme is enclosed and the list of the identified POs is sent by e-mail.

The examination fee is to be collected from the candidate across the PO counter during the period from 04.01.2014 to 03.02.2014. However, RRB Bhubaneswar will commence trial transaction from 24.12.2013 onwards.

Hence, it is requested to kindly issue suitable necessary instruction to all concerned in your Circle/Region immediately for being prepared. Further, it may kindly be ensured that the examination fee collection is booked under the correct Biller and the daily transaction data is uploaded to the Central Server every day without fail.
