          This is regarding the delivery of e-post messages. Circle office has informed that delivery of e-post messages not in the readable format had invited complaints from the O/o the Chief Minister, Government Secretariat, Trivandrum. Hence it is requested to ensure the readability of the e-post messages before effecting delivery.
