Sub:- payment of TR Collection.

Circle Office has informed that, communications are being received from the BSNL authorities regarding the non-receipt of payments of BSNL bills collected through TRC method. Hence it is once again directed to stop the booking of telephone bills through TRC module. TRC bills should be accepted through e-payment only.

In case of unsettled TRC cases, the payment of the amount collected via TRC should be made through cheques to the concerned BSNL SSA from HO. As per the MOU between BSNL and DOP on 01.04.2013 the commission rate applicable are as follows:-
