76-01/2013-WL/ Sports dated 23.04.2013 on the subject cited above along with
the guidelines for the award. The details
of children who fulfill the requirements for National Child Award may be
forwarded to this office in the prescribed proforma before 20.05.2013 together
with the documents mentioned there in.
