CPMG'S VISIT

Smt. Shobha koshy , the  CPMG  and the chief guest , in reply to the question raised by one of the audience gathered at Collectorate Conference Hall in the afternoon of 15th March 2013 "What would be the future of India Post" narrated that future of India Post is safe provided all the employees understand the changes happening around us,  realise  the needs of the customers and provide service in tune with the changing needs. Madam spoke on the occasion of Award distribution arranged to facilitate those employees who have contributed remarkably in the fields of Insurance business, promotion of IMT, Speed Post etc... during the year 2011-2012. Sri. P.M.Ali Asgar Pasha the District collector  Palakkad  was the guest of honour.  Sri.P.Ramakrishnan, SSPOs, Palakkad presided .  Around 250 employees (Postmasters/subPostmasters/Gramin Dak Sevaks/Direct Agents and entire Divisional administrative staff participated.  Here is the list of top offices / officials who were honoured by the CPMG.

"Postmasters Meet-2013" was also conducted on 15.03.2013  at the Conference Hall of the District collector Palakkad , in the forenoon . Sr. Supdt. Of Post Offices Sri. Ramakrishnan chaired. The performance of 86 departmental POs  on the delivery of Speed post , Registered, and money orders was discussed in detail  and the procurement of business through PLI, RPLI, IMT, IMO etc. were reviewed.  The need for generating more revenue by expanding the business circle was underscored by the SSP.
