Return to sender articles of corporate customers received in damaged condition-reg

 It  has  been  reported  by  the  CPMG,Karnataka  Circle,Bangalore  that  numerous  complaints  are  being  received  from  Corporate  customers  like  SBI,M/s MT  Ltd and M/s MCT  that  a  good  number  of  articles  are  received  in  damaged  condition  without barcode/without  legible  barcode.This  makes  tracking  impossible  and  numerous  public complaints are  being  received  on  account  of  this. Hence  it  is  hereby  instructed  that  all concerned Post offices  are  to  ensure  that  barcodes  are  affixed  on  all  articles without  fail.
