Sub: - Delivery of pending business/express parcel COD articles and payment thereof -reg.

          Circle office has informed that settling of non receipt of COD amount by money orders is an interim measure which stands extended up to 31.08.2014.This interim measure is to facilitate the settling of complaints related to non receipt of COD. Hence any such pending complaints may be brought to the notice of this office.

It is once again requested to ensure that latest updated are upgraded and processes are correctly followed so that payment for COD articles is processed only through e Payment under Parcel net.
