Non-updation of delivery of
parcels-reg
This
is regarding the
non updation of delivery of
parcels.Directoarate has communicated
about increase in
complaints related to
parcel delivery consequent
on non-updation of
delivery information.
The main attraction
of the new
parcel products is
the timely delivery
and track and
trace facility offered
to the customers. But frequent
reports are received
from other circles
on non-updation/belated updation of
delivery information of
parcels by the
deastination PO’s in the
Circle.Due to such irresponsibility of
the officials many
circles are reporting
the loosing of
their parcel customers.
Hence it is
hereby instructed for
proper/timely delivery of
parcel articles received
by the delivery
PO’s and to
update the delivery
information in time
to avoid such
complaints so as
to gain more business besides
to improve the
quality of service
rendered to the public.
