Posting of Annual Reports

It  is  intimated  by  the  Chief Postmaster  General,Maharastra  circle  that  there  is  huge  posting  of  Annual  Reports  by  Reliance  Industries  Ltd,ICICI  Bank,TCS,Central  Bank  of  India,Bank  of  Maharastra, Dena  Bank,Hindustan  Lever   Ltd,TATA  AIG  etc. at ARC.Agripada  and  other  annual  report  centre  in  MumbaI  And  Maharasta. These  annual  reports  are  booked  either  by  ordinary  post  or  Speed  Post/Registered  Post  and  dispatched  to  respective  delivery  post offices/ mail  office  or  further  processing/delivery

 

 Circle   Office  has  instructed   that  timely  disposal  of  annual  reports with out  any  hold  up  at  any  of  the  units  should  be  ensured. Hence  it  is  requested  that  all  offices   including  delivery  post  offices  to  make  arrangement  for  timely  processing  and  delivery  of  all these  Annual  rteports  posted  by  Buisness  firms/Banks/Companies  etc. either  by  ordinary  post  or  Speed  Post/Registerd  Post  with  out  any  detention.
