          Sub:  General Election to Loksabha 2014 – reg

         

          This is regarding the dispatch of Postal ballots from Post Offices.   Postal ballots for service voters in respect of Loksabha polls have been posted at Counters of Palakkad HO from 27.03.2014  by the concerned Returning Officers by registered post.  Such postal ballot mail posted elsewhere is also expected for delivery within few days.  All the delivery post offices are hereby requested to give due priority and also exercise caution in effecting delivery of the articles with utmost care and without loss of time. Since this is a sensitive item, any room for public complaint should be avoided. Delivery information should be updated in the R Net compulsorily.
