Please find enclosed copy of Directorate letter no. 92-57/2014-Coord/O&M dated 28.10.2014 in which details on the subject mentioned above along with a bilingual text of the RASHTRIYA EKTA DIWAS PLEDGE for information.

A pledge may be organized on 31^st October, 2014 in your office involving all the officials as per the instructions endorsed in the Directorate letter and compliance reported by email.

All Sub offices are requested to inform Branch Postmasters in account to take the pledge involving all the BO staff.  The Text of the pledge may also be communicated to the BOs.
